Members of the council are summoned to attend a Special Meeting of the Council to be held at 7.00pm at the Council Office, Cock Lane, Tylers Green, High Wycombe, Bucks. HP10 8DS.
The meeting is open to members of the public and press.

Council is asked to CONSIDER the recommendation from the Works & Services Committee to APPROVE the quotation in the sum of £40,000 for the above works.
Council is asked to NOTE that six tenders were received and from those three companies were interviewed on 24 January 2023.
Council is asked to RECEIVE a verbal summary of the tenders from Cllr Dodds who led the interviews.
