Members of the council are summoned to attend a Special Meeting of the Council to be held at 7.30pm at the Council Office, Cock Lane, Tylers Green, High Wycombe, Bucks. HP10 8DS.
In view of the confidential nature of the business to be considered it is RECOMMENDED that Council resolve to exclude the public and press from the remainder of the meeting as permitted under the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960.
