AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence
Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972 requires members who cannot attend a meeting to tender apologies to the Clerk.
2. Declarations of members’ interests in items on the agenda
To receive any pecuniary or non-pecuniary declarations of interest and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
i) Under the Localism Act 2011 (sections 26-37 and Schedule 4) and in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct, Members are required to declare any interests which are not currently entered in the Member’s Register of Interests or if he/she has not notified the Monitoring Officer (Clerk) of it.
ii) Should any Member have a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in an item on the agenda, the Member may not participate in consideration of that item unless a Dispensation has first been requested (in writing) and granted by the Council.

Members are asked to NOTE that since the last committee meeting in March there have been no delegated actions taken by the chairman of committee and clerk.

Committee Projects
4.1 Office Complex Refurbishment
Members are asked to NOTE that the work to refurbish the office has been completed at a cost of £42,320.44.

Cemeteries
5.1 Hammersley Lane Garden of Rest
Members are asked to NOTE that all the memorials have been photographed and their inscriptions have been typed up and saved.

AGENDA ITEM 6
War Memorials
6.1 Flackwell Heath
Members are asked to NOTE that 3, instead of 4, bell bollards have been installed to prevent motorists from driving over or parking on the grass. The cost was £1,590.

AGENDA ITEM 7
Royal Mail bag drop boxes
Members are asked to NOTE that a letter has been received from RoyalMail. Since January, another 4 pouchboxes have been removed, 1 in Loudwater and 3 in Flackwell Heath. The remaining 3 pouchboxes will be removed shortly and we will be kept updated.

FH Broxap bins
Members are asked to NOTE that Buckinghamshire Council have been provided with a map showing where we wish the 12 replacement bins to be installed. We are awaiting a date for the work to be done.

AGENDA ITEM 9
Heath End Rd Green Path
Members are asked to NOTE that a response has been received from Buckinghamshire Council and no work will be undertaken until they have had funding approved when the 400th house is started, estimated late Summer 2024.

AGENDA ITEM 10
Heath End Common
Members are asked to NOTE that, following the meeting with the TfB LAT on site, reports have been received from all the utility companies. The wooden posts will now be ordered and the work scheduled in.

Litter Scheme
Members are asked to NOTE that no response has been received to our article in the newsletter looking for volunteers to be part of the Parish Litter Scheme.

Committee Site Visit
Members are asked to CHOOSE the most suitable date from the following 3 dates for the committee site visit at 10am: Tuesday 4 July, Wednesday 5 July, Tuesday 1 August. Areas that will be visited are:
• Cock Lane Cemetery
• Offices
• Altona Rd Cemetery
• LW War Memorial

Questions from committee members and the public
A maximum of fifteen minutes will be given to members of the public, who may make representations, ask and answer questions and/or give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. If the chairman of the meeting agrees, representations and questions may be taken at the beginning of the meeting. Members of the public wishing to speak at the beginning of the meeting should inform the clerk of this request as soon as possible.
