- Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received and approved from Cllr Herschel (holiday) and Cllr Dodds.
Cllr S Barrett, Cllr K Griffiths did not attend.
- Declarations of Interest and Code of Conduct
A declaration of interest was received from Cllr D Johncock who has been involved in the ‘Bridging the Gap’ project. He was given dispensation to explain the project in the absence of a member from the Flackwell Heath Residents Association, but would abstain from the final vote.
- Grant Application – Flackwell Heath Residents Association
Council was asked to consider a request from Flackwell Heath Residents Association for a sum of £3,250 as a contribution towards the ‘Bridging the Gap’ Project in Flackwell Heath.
It was RESOLVED that;
a grant of £3,250, from CIL, be approved subject to other applied for grants being made available for the project.
- Questions by Members of the Council
Cllr Wood highlighted the recent Community Board communication and advised that a response would be sent.
Cllr D Johncock highlighted the TEAMS briefings (10 & 12 September) on the NPPF (National Planning Policy Framework) in particular the amount of new homes that would be needed in Buckinghamshire.

There were no members of the public present.
The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 7.27pm
