Bucks HP10 9QL Erection of second floor to facilitate the creation of 8 x apartments, subdivision of existing first floor flat (flat 24) into 2 x flats and external alterations CWPC strongly objects to this latest application because of the lack of on-site car parking.

Previously, WDC planners ignored CWPC’s strongly worded objection to the original application. We now have another application to increase the number of apartments to a total of 35. The developer shows 40 car parking spaces! (4 of which are unusable when cars are parked in front). There are approximately 60 double bedrooms on this development, if we allowed a reasonable 1.5 cars per bedroom then another 50 parking places would be required! There are no parking areas available around the area. This part of Loudwater is already gridlocked because of the lack of parking. Please consider this objection carefully before making your decision.
