Ashwells Forum
As Planning Rep for Tylers Green, Cllr Darch agreed to be the CWPC representative of the Ashwells Forum and was thanked by all present for taking on the role. This would need to be formalised at the Annual General Meeting in May.
Statement of Community Involvement Consultation
This was discussed and it was agreed that each of the three Ward Reps would assimilate comments from their Ward’s members and send to the Clerk for submitting a comment from CWPC before deadline of April 6th.
The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 10.43am.
