53 Ashley Drive
Tylers Green
Bucks HP10 8AZ Householder application for hip to gable loft conversion with 3 x front roof lights and rear roof box dormer and roof light CWPC objects to this planning application because of the conversion of the hipped end of the roof to a gable end. The design of the roof would appear incongruous and be out of keeping in the street scene. Ashley Drive is a street of hipped roof dwellings and this extension would be out of character in the locality. Similar planning applications for a hip to gable roof extension in the area have been refused.

The chairman thanked members for their attendance and closed the meeting at 10.15.
