It may restrict the Gomm Valley site with regards to landscaping as well as minimum back-to-back distances between houses. Hammersley Lane is a dangerous road and another access will exacerbate the problem. If officers are minded to recommend approval of the application, then we ask that the application be brought to the Planning Committee for determination.

We request that contractors’ vehicles are parked on site or well away from the property.
