Missed application from agenda:
Erection of new dwelling house(s) in residential garden
Planning Application
43 Wheeler Avenue Tylers Green Buckinghamshire HP10 8EB

Response:
The parish council is concerned that there will be a severe negative impact on the street scene by using the plot for an infill property and the suggestion of two properties being built would be an unacceptable overdevelopment of the site and would receive an objection to the application from us if one was forthcoming.
The plot is not large enough for even one infill property and will be totally out of keeping with surrounding properties should this be approved. The estate has wide open vistas to the properties and this would be totally out of keeping with this streetscene
