  1. Questions from members

Cllr Thomas advised that the enforcement team had upheld the appeal against the Polaris/ Former Royal British Legion in Loudwater.

Cllr Darch advised that he, Cllr Thomas and Cllr Waters (Buckinghamshire Council) had been in contact with the Taylor Wimpey rep regarding the use of unapproved routes by Gomm Valley construction vehicles.  It had been confirmed that this traffic would not use Robinson Road or travel south on Hammersley Lane.  If any vehicle was sighted taking an unapproved route a note of the contractor name and vehicle registration number should be taken.  Cllr Johncock highlighted his concern about the safety of site junction with Hammersley Lane.

Cllr Johncock advised that the Aries House, Flackwell Heath, application had been refused.

Cllr Townsend advised that the former Royal British Legion building in Flackwell Heath was back on the market.

Cllr Townsend also advised that enforcement for the Land North of 22 Chapel Road, Flackwell Heath had been upheld.

The chairman thanked those present and closed the meeting at 12.16pm
